All of us would like to be happy all of the time - this is not reality, but here's a list to add to your ten cent crazy book, that will hopefully remind you of way to remain positive
Choose to be optimistic (say to yourself that everything will be ok - no matter what happens)
Accept things - We can only change ourselves - and the way we
view things - we cannot change others or
things that have already happened
Be resilient - You might have a bad day - learn to bounce back - have
a "things can only get better attitude
Be cheerful - Put on a smile - someone else may need it- people like to
be around happy people
Be enthusiastic - it rubs off on others
Be alert - try to avoid anyone that's in a bad mood
Have a sense of humor - laugh and laugh some more
Be a good sport - acknowledge when someone else did well and be happy for them
Be humble - resist tooting your own horn
Be grateful - think of five things that happen each day, that you are
grateful for, even if it's:
I woke up this morning
I made it to work
I made it home
The dog's glad to see me
My bed feels good
Have Faith - Things will always be better tomorrow
Have Hope - Hope that today will be great, and if not - maybe
tomorrow
