Pumpkin Cake (Post 230)

Here's the recipe for your ten cent crazy book - to fit the season of pumpkins and Halloween

Pumpkin Cake

Preheat oven at 350 degrees

Mix

3 cups self-rising flour
2 and a half teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 cup butter
2 cups of sugar
15 oz pumpkin in a can
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk

Spray Bundt pan with oil
Pour mix into pan and bake for 1 hour
Toothpick should come out clean
Let cake cool in pan for about 10 minutes

Glaze

Mix

4 oz cream cheese
half a cup of confectioners' sugar
4 tablespoons of milk
one forth of a teaspoon of vanilla extract

Pour over cake
Enjoy!
