Brownies, Brownies, Brownies (Post 167)

Do you love brownies? Maybe you would like to make a chocolate treat for Valentine's Day. Well, here are three Brownie recipes to add to add to your ten cent crazy book

Rocky Road Brownies

Preheat oven at 350 degrees

Mix
two-thirds cup of cocoa powder
one-third cup self-rising flour
one-third cup of oil
one-third cup of sugar
one-third cup of brown sugar
4 egg whites
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Pour into 8x8 greased dish
Bake for 25 minutes
Remove from oven and
Top with
half a cup of chopped walnuts
one-fourth cup of mini chocolate chips
half a cup of marshmallows
Bake 5 more minutes

Fudge Chocolate Brownies

Preheat oven at 350 degrees

Melt
half a cup of butter
8oz chocolate

Whisk in
one and a half cups of sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Fold in
three-fourths cup of self-rising flour

Pour into greased 8x8 dish
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes

Old Fashion Brownies

Preheat oven at 350 degrees

combine
1 cup of sugar
1 cup self-rising flour
half a cup of unsweetened cocoa
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

mix on high speed for 10 minutes
6 eggs
1 cup of sugar

melt in microwave
one forth cup of butter
4oz unsweetened chocolate
4 oz sweetened chocolate

Put everything together and pour into greased 13x9 pan
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes
